Este ideal pentru cei care vor s\u0103-\u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea fizic\u0103 \u0219i emo\u021bional\u0103, s\u0103 reduc\u0103 stresul \u0219i s\u0103 reg\u0103seasc\u0103 echilibrul interior. Vom lucra la lovituri cu pumnii, coatele \u0219i picioarele, \u0219i vom \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba cum s\u0103 bloc\u0103m loviturile, toate acestea pe trei nivele de vitez\u0103: tehnic (lent), \u00een for\u021b\u0103 (cu Kime) \u0219i cardio (vitez\u0103).\r\n\r\nCardio BACHATA \u2013 KARATE (20 minute)\r\n\u00cembin\u0103m pa\u0219ii de Bachata cu tehnici de Karate, realiz\u00e2nd coregrafii care includ lovituri Cardio cu pumnii, coatele \u0219i picioarele. Scopul este s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219ti echilibrul \u0219i coordonarea corpului, s\u0103 arzi calorii \u0219i s\u0103 te distrezi, totul pe ritmuri energetice de muzic\u0103.\r\n\r\nKickBox la sac sau palmare (20 minute)\r\nExersezi tehnici de dragoste a sacului. Vom trece prin trei etape: lucrul tehnic \u00een fa\u021ba oglinzii, lovituri cu manusi \u00een palmare \u0219i lovituri eficiente, cu tehnica, forta \u0219i vitez\u0103, pe sac.\r\nExerci\u021bii pentru for\u021b\u0103 \u0219i abdomen (5 minute)\r\nAntrenament rapid pentru tonifierea mu\u0219chilor \u0219i dezvoltarea for\u021bei.\r\n\r\nRespira\u021bie Tai Chi (5 minute)\r\n\u00cencheiem fiecare sesiune cu exerci\u021bii de respira\u021bie controlat\u0103, care v\u0103 relaxa\u021bi corpul \u0219i mintea.\r\n\r\nEvaluare \u0219i obiectiv personalizate\r\n\u00cenainte de a \u00eencepe programul, vei beneficia de evaluarea detaliat\u0103 a st\u0103rii tale fizice. \u00cempreun\u0103, vom stabili un obiectiv realist pentru urm\u0103toarele 6 luni, monitoriz\u00e2nd progresul \u0219i ating\u00e2nd noi nivele de performan\u021b\u0103.\r\n\r\nV\u0103 a\u0219tept\u0103m s\u0103 v\u0103 face\u021bi primul pas spre un stil de via\u021b\u0103 mai s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i echilibrat!
